Job Description

You will be dealing with a number of tasks within the team to include the processing of Statutory Declaration forms and data files, dealing with the release of payments, investigating and dealing with both internal and external enquiries and also any other related tasks. You will also assist with the testing of ongoing internal functionality development.

You will carry out a number of administrative tasks, which will include the following;

  • Reviewing and processing of Statutory Declaration forms and data files, which requires excellent attention to detail
  • Assist with the testing of ongoing internal functionality development, to ensure continued efficiencies are delivered
  • Ensure accuracy of all transactions to enable smooth function of the Statutory Declaration and other team processes
  • Ensure customer focus, quality and regulatory compliance is at the heart of all activities and processes to encourage customer retention

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

It is essential that the successful applicant can adapt to change and has excellent attention to detail. Other skills and experience required include:
