Health Care Assistant
Job Description
The key day to duties will be as follows:
- Preparation and submission of VAT Return and EC Sales List
- Preparing monthly management accountants to strict deadlines
- Accruals & Prepayments
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- WIP Analysis
- Stock reporting and analysis
- Gross Profit Analysis at both project and department level
- Supporting Administration Team
- Maintain, implement, and improve internal controls and procedures
- Supporting the Financial Controller
- Support Parent Company finance queries and the Group Finance Director
- All aspects of the purchase ledger function: matching, batching & coding invoices.
- Preparing and processing payments via BACS
- Raising sales invoices (approx. 100 per month)
