Job Description

You will ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner to meet internal and external customer demands.
You will be highly organized and able to priorities your workload as you will provide administrative support to the Site. You’ll be dedicated to supporting the team with all administration tasks such as but not limited to, stationary management, sorting post, receptionist duties, processing purchase orders to dealing with confidential information and administrative occupational health requirements.
Our Administrator role is instrumental in supporting the team therefore you will be able to build relationships quickly and communicate confidently.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment as an administrator or coordinator
  • Excellent IT skills including experience of working with various IT systems, Excel and spreadsheets
