Job Description
The role main responsibility is the preparation of the daily bank reconciliations of our client assets bank accounts to ensure the Company’s internal and external reporting and regulatory requirements are met. This is a 12 month contract with a possibility of extension.
- Prepare daily client assets bank reconciliations.
- Investigate and follow up on any unreconciled outstanding items.
- Prepare the monthly regulatory client assets return for submission to the Central Bank of Ireland.
- Submit the bank balances PeopleSoft report at month end.
- Prepare journals for posting to general ledger at month end.
- Responsible for the daily sundry receipts reconciliation and follow up process to ensure no regulatory breaches are identified.
- Assist and support with Internal and External Audits as required.
- Assist the financial account in the preparation of reports and other activities as required.
- Provide support to management in continuously identifying more efficient and effective ways of operating to secure efficiencies, reduce wastage, improve speed and enhance quality.
