Our client is an expanding entrepreneurial group in the Fintech sector. Restructuring of the business allied with rapid international growth in Africa, the Far East and, Latin America, has now led to the need for a Finance Manager with strong accounting and systems skills. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller the key responsibilities of this role are as follows: Maintenance and development of the general ledger systems, setting up the reporting and processes for different business streams including the development of KPI's, group management and financial reporting with consolidations, compliance, tax, and liaising with the auditors. This is an operational role working with all levels of staff in a fast moving business. You will ideally be qualified with a good knowledge of ledger systems, reporting and consolidations. The ability to analyse and review complex data is essential.You will also need to be hands on helping the local bookkeepers perform to the optimum in their roles in Africa and Latin America.
