Job Description
Daily duties would include:
- Preparing quotations
- POD updates
- Handling inbound/ outbound shipments
- Liaising with oversea agents
- Updating clients on their shipments
- Liasing with transport and operations
- Booking collections and deliveries
- Track and tracing shipments
Skill needed:
- Previous experience within courier/ freight customer service
- Team player
- Outstanding admin skills
- PC literate
- Good telephone manner
- Able to work well under pressure
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00 / 09:00-18:00 /10:00-19:00
