Job Description

Daily duties would include:

  • Preparing quotations
  • POD updates
  • Handling inbound/ outbound shipments
  • Liaising with oversea agents
  • Updating clients on their shipments
  • Liasing with transport and operations
  • Booking collections and deliveries
  • Track and tracing shipments

Skill needed:

  • Previous experience within courier/ freight customer service
  • Team player
  • Outstanding admin skills
  • PC literate
  • Good telephone manner
  • Able to work well under pressure

Working hours:

  • Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00 / 09:00-18:00 /10:00-19:00
