Job Description
  • Overseeing Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
  • Preparation of monthly payroll
  • Bank reconciliations and business bank administration
  • Assisting with month end close and providing analysis
  • Assisting in government reporting including VAT, VIES, Intrastate
  • Assisting and helping with internal audits
  • Ad hoc finance duties including writing finance processes and procedures
  • Continuous review and improvement of processes
  • Review and manage group insurance policies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum of 2-3 years working within a finance department with accounts payable experience a must
  • Has commenced or is studying towards accountancy qualification (Mandatory) – ACCA, CIMA, ACA etc.
  • Qualification in a finance or business related discipline desirable
  • Experience submitting returns via revenue online (ROS), including VAT, VIES and Intrastate
  • Strong IT skills – Excel (Advanced), SAP, Microsoft Outlook etc.
  • Excellent communicator and must be fluent in English
  • Ability to work in a busy environment with multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work independently where necessary
