Job Description
  • Carrying out administrative duties to assist Probate Case Managers.
  • Setting up new cases and acting as the first point of contact for new customers.
  • Providing quotes to potential customers for our services.
  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the emotional intelligence to be able to support vulnerable people.
  • Legal experience would be advantageous; however, is not a prerequisite for the role.
