Job Description
- Carrying out administrative duties to assist Probate Case Managers.
- Setting up new cases and acting as the first point of contact for new customers.
- Providing quotes to potential customers for our services.
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong customer service skills, with the emotional intelligence to be able to support vulnerable people.
- Legal experience would be advantageous; however, is not a prerequisite for the role.
