Job Description

In this role you will have overall responsibility for the Company’s monthly management accounts process in accordance.

  • Understand P&L of various projects.
  • Preparation of the Company’s monthly management accounts and related management reports.
  • Provide analysis of key variances to budget and forecast at month end.
  • Preparation of Backlog reports.
  • Preparation of Forecast files.
  • Prepare and submit the Weekly Cash Flow report for Ethos.
  • Ad-hoc duties critical to month end reporting.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by the business from time to time.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Attention to detail and process ownership.
  • Understanding and reporting of exceptions to processes on a timely basis.
  • Strong financial acumen to maximize financial outcomes for the business and protect the Company from risk of fraud or other financial loss.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to tight deadlines and willingness to work as required to meet deadlines.
  • Strong discipline in maintaining audit trails for all processes and related tasks.
  • Previous experience within busy finance team at accountant level
  • Part Qualified Accountant
