Job Description

Our client is a rapidly expanding forward thinking company who are renowned for supporting, training and progressing their staff.

Our Client requires a reliable committed administrator of a graduate calibre who has a can do attitude with a pro-active approach. Someone who is keen to work hard and take on a large work load. We are seeking an individual that is confident in their ability to administer a broad variation of tasks seeing things through from beginning to end

Responsibilities;

. Arrange national and international travel/hotel arrangements for operations team
• Maintain corporate electronic diary for the project delivery team and senior managers
• Proof read/edit monthly company safety newsletters; distribute by email and upload to
staff portal
• Proof read/edit Invitation to Tender documentation and minutes and agendas, and assist
with tender submissions
• Deal with all incoming telephone calls; forward calls and/or take messages as appropriate
• Manage starter/leaver records and maintain CVs
• Maintain holiday records for project managers; maintain training records and arrange
training sessions
• Balance monthly credit card receipts against statements and submit to accounts team
• Collate and report monthly project managers' mileage and expenses
• Type correspondence (email, letters etc.)
• Maintain stationery and other stock controls; reorder as required
• Attend to all filing as required, paper and electronic, keeping filing up to date

• Produce project invoices as requested by senior operations members and manage debt
review and payments
• Source and order PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), as requested by the Operations
Manager

Supporting business development team with all administration

Experiences and Skills:

  • Intermediate/Advance Word and Excel - Essential
  • 5 years administration experience
  • Proactive, hardworking, diligent and competent
  • Excellent attention to detail, through and meticulous
  • Switched on and independant
  • Confident communicator- face to face and over the phone
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
