Job Description

This Finance Manager role will be responsible for the following:

• The Audit process, preparing schedules for external auditors for the financial statement audit process
• Supporting third parties in the preparation of all statutory returns and financial statements
• Work with the Head of Tax and external tax advisors ensuring appropriate VAT/Income tax reporting
• Work with local payroll providers in managing payroll processing
• Production of the monthly management accounts and commentary on key account movements
• Preparation and maintenance of the Global balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Calculation and reporting of KPIs and financial performance including the monthly business performance review pack
• Review and commentary on actual performance against budget/forecast
• Line management of AP, AR, Bank Recs and other duties performed by a junior analyst

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Professional finance qualification - ACA/ACCA/CIMA Degree educated Student real estate and property or related reporting experience Excellent communication European language skills desirable but not essential
