Job Description
- Support strategic development, delivery and execution of standardized, compliant trade compliance services;
- Actively engage with customers on projects to ensure an accurate and timely delivery;
- Maintain recordkeeping for functional areas of responsibility;
- Quickly escalate issues and resolve complex problems;
- Effective collaboration and solid communication with internal and external parties;
- Continually seek improvement in procedures and services to create more efficient and cost effective operations;
- Support in the collection of accounts receivable,
- Actively engage in the sales process,
- Meet company standard of 52 hours of training per year;
- Be dedicated to the success of Tradewin using ethical business practices at all times;
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's Degree;
- Great attitude and excellent communication skills;
- Extensive direct experience in international trade compliance;
- Extensive knowledge of European Union and UK rules and regulation;
- Proven ability to develop, implement and maintain standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
- Proven ability to define performance metrics and evaluate internal and external service providers;
- Strong project management and computer skills;
- Demonstrated experience interacting with external and internal customers to gather information and coordinate projects to anticipate and satisfy the customer’s needs;
- Ability to allocate tasks responsibilities to others to maximize the team and the individual’s effectiveness;
- Ability to work under stress and problem solve, enabling teams and individuals to meet and exceed customer’s deadlines;
