Job Description
  • Administering client engagement, maintenance and disengagement procedures, ensuring relevant forms are completed, letters are issued, and systems are kept up to date
  • Liaising with our tax teams and other service lines to ensure all work is properly scheduled and delivered on time
  • Supporting client managers and partners with management of costs on client assignments and timely billing
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with risk management procedures with new client set up processes, including the completion of anti-money laundering checks
  • Assisting with coordination of staff planner and resourcing, including oversight of apprentice holiday requests
  • Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Assisting managers with coordination of apprenticeship training administration
  • Arranging timely submission of financial statements and other documents with relevant regulatory bodies and assisting with the maintenance of a register of filing deadlines and submissions
  • Assisting with preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other Word and Excel documents to support the audit managers and partners

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be considered for the role, you will need to have:

  • Strong administration skills gained from within a professional services environment – it would be highly desirable for applicants to have previously worked within an accountancy sector, but this isn’t essential
  • Strong IT skills – good MS Word and MS Excel skills are essential
  • A well-organized approach to work with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A pro-active approach to work
