Job Description
This is a varied role, working within a very busy, fast paced environment. Due to an increase in the taxi trade, you will primarily be involved with the dealing and processing of taxi applications, appointments, queries and complaints. You will be dealing with personal, and sometimes sensitive information and will be required to input this data precisely and accurately.
- You will provide administration support to a number of sections responding to service and customer requests, queries or complaints, seeing through queries and advising those involved of actions taken.
- On a daily basis you will work with both internal and external stakeholders, members of the public, local and parish councilors, applicants, licensees, developers, businesses and other organizations.
- In this varied role you may also undertake fee calculation, collection of personal information data and participate in supporting consultations with statutory bodies, responsible authorities and third parties.
- You will maintain budgetary control records for the Section. Prepare official orders, raise and process invoices working to ensure Service Managers have access to accurate financial information.
