This position is immediately available to start in and is temporary on a long term ongoing basis. Due to the initial temporary start successful applicants need to be immediately available to start and not be on a notice period.
Your new role
You will report to the Customer Service Manager and provide a full range of Sales Administration duties. You will ideally have held a similar role previous be able to demonstrate experience of this upon application. Duties of the role will include ;
-Responsible for handling customer sales orders via phone and email
-Use of SAP system
-Processing sales orders onto the system
-Negotiating delivery times
-Providing support to customers regarding the status of their orders
-Handling customer complaints
-Tracking deliveries and providing updates
-Any admin duties as required
-Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office required to intermediate level
