Job Description

The role involves month-end reporting and accrual preparation together with Adhoc reporting and analysis. The position is responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Procurement to provide expert analysis and reporting.

  • Analysis and reporting of operational & commercial gross margin variances (COGS/Freight/PPV/SSSO/POV) versus budget / forecast.
  • Support Procurement Finance monthly review for all entities.
  • Cost Centre Analysis and reporting to Senior Management, working through on query resolution.
  • Presentation of the consolidated results for the periodic MBR/QBR.
  • Pricing/Data Management including foreign currency impacts.
  • Provide support to the relevant Business partners within company in terms of analysis and Ad Hoc queries
  • Calculation and presentation of the monthly royalties’ calculations.
  • Ability to build system reporting models which help to support regular analysis (desired).
  • Operate under limited day-to-day supervision as they are expected to be leaders, problem solvers, and follow through on their daily activities in a fast-paced environment without detailed supervision.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Attention to detail, structured work ethic, excellent analytical skillset (particularly excel).
  • Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with minimum 3 years working experience in a business, financial, or SAP environment preferred.
  • BS or BA degree in finance, business, procurement, or related field.
  • Experienced SAP (or other ERP systems) knowledge would be ideal, with Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong communicator with good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Experience with BI / Power Pivot (advantage).
