Job Description

This role will involve the following tasks:

  • Obtaining copy disbursements for eBilling
  • Creating and produce bulk proforma runs
  • Updating data for report submissions
  • Maintaining accurate information held within billing & Excel reports
  • Following up with fee earners on specific queries
  • Dealing with and resolving client queries
  • Finding solutions for billing problems
  • At times assisting with e-billing
  • Developing and documenting billing procedures.
  • Dealing with International queries
  • Assisting with the maintenance of rates

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with colleagues across the business, organize their time, maintain a high attention to detail and solve problems.

  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to follow agreed processes and procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the whole Revenue Control team, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly, professionally, openly and constructively
  • Ability to communicate and interact appropriately and constructively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and to identify and act on issues which need to be escalated
  • Ability to assist with the design and implementation of policies and processes.
  • IT Literate
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst paying attention to detail
