Job Description

You will be educated to degree level and have experience of working in a customer-focused environment, delivering excellent standards of service to a range of different stakeholders. You will be able to communicate with tact and diplomacy, work as an effective team member with the ability to respond to queries in a non-judgmental manner.
You will be able to cope with periods of sustained pressure in a busy work environment, with a willingness to work flexibly to achieve team goals and have the ability to plan and priorities effectively.
You will have a minimum of two year’s administrative experience, post qualification, which includes record keeping, maintaining confidentiality, the use of complex computerized systems and databases, internet and email. You will also have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel and will preferably have a relevant IT qualification (ECDL, CLAIT). You will be committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and will demonstrate proactive engagement with personal and professional development.
