Job Description
- Preparation & review of the monthly Management Accounts and supplementary information.
- This will include detailed analysis of the results versus budget for prior year, with specific focus on sales & margin.
- The monitoring & review of key control accounts
- Assisting in the Annual Financial Planning and Monthly Forecast process.
- Assisting in updating of financial controls to ensure the integrity of the financial records.
- Contributing to the year-end audit and statutory accounting process for the business.
- The reporting of business KPI’s
- The provision of ad-hoc information to the business where required.
- Coordinating the preparation of information for submissions
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A qualified accountant, with at least two years post qualification experience.
- Demonstrate strong Management Accounting knowledge
- Understanding of VAT.
- Experienced in budgeting and Balance sheets and have a strong understanding of variance analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate an ability to manage workloads to meet tight reporting timelines.
- The candidate will be a self-starter, flexible and comfortable working on their own initiative.
- Numerate with good PC (MS Excel, Word) skills.
- You will be required to work on-site at our Dublin office multiple days per week. Kontex Security Operate a Hybrid model.
