Job Description
  • Complete Gift Aid notification process as required
  • Deal with day to day queries between shop managers and customer service/sales desk to rectify problems
  • Maintain good relationship with external energy supplier
  • Raise purchase orders to external companies for all Retail requirements as required
  • Deal with general store queries
  • Support Area Management Team with to fulfil Retail lead projects
  • Answer incoming donor contact queries by phone and email

The details:

  • Working 26 hours per week, Monday to Friday (working pattern hours negotiable to work with other Retail Operations Team members)
  • Permanent position
