You will be taking ownership of managing the HSR (Housing Support Register) waiting list, including arranging assessments of young people referred to the service.
By being well organized, efficient and effective, you will support the team in the re-letting of vacant properties including reporting repairs, stock control, and ordering supplies.
You will ensure that essential housing management and support systems are up to date.
You will gather and report on data, whilst leading on specific areas of responsibility, such as our legal requirements as a housing provider.
