Job Description

We will rely on you to:

  • Create, implement and report progress against specific project plans which are aligned to the overall team strategy and the client’s expectations.
  • Regularly complete and share effective project updates highlighting progress, achievements and the future priorities.
  • Actively support the team by sharing knowledge from your own experience to help colleagues deliver consistent client satisfaction.
  • Act as a mentor and role model for the team, knowing when to support and challenge others to help create a high performing but fun working environment.
  • Quickly identify and analyze risks in pension scheme data, which may impact on effective project delivery and offers cost effective and timely solutions to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Ensure pension calculations and records are undertaken promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Client Service Managers by providing routine updates which are accurate and informative.
  • Show flexibility in the method of communication to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed and are satisfied with the service levels.
  • Undertake, delegate and review operational tasks as appropriate to ensure all projects are achieving the deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records to evidence the progress and profit of each project.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience working in a Pensions based role
  • Experience and proficiency in working effectively in a team
  • Broad understanding of pension’s processes and legislation and the principles underpinning them.
  • Previous experience of DB or DC pensions
  • Keenness to move in to a Projects based role/team
