Customer Service Administrator
Job Description
This is initially a temporary post with the potential to be made permanent.
Duties include:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls with a view to collecting outstanding balances
- Updating the system with accurate notes
- Provide professional front line support to field engineers and clients
- Allocate work to field engineers whilst being commercially aware
- Manage relationships with field engineers and external suppliers to co-ordinate visits, court attendance and disconnections
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Ability to work calmly and methodically Ability to listen and offer solutions accordingly Ability to priorities and manage workloads throughout the day Previous experience of liaising with customer and clients via phone & email is essential for this role.
