To organize, manage and take responsibility for administrative aspects of the function and, as one of the Assistants, to contribute to and manage the project work of the team.
- Course scheduling for Learning programmes.
- Curriculum and programme logistics and administration management for company-wide programmes.
- Assisting the L&D Managers with all administrative tasks relating to off-site and residential training programmes.
- Organizing the production of the monthly team Learning newsletter.
- Managing the process relating to booking individuals on external courses.
- Organizing and managing one on one coaching.
- Diary management for the Team.
- Managing the Learning Management System, including data entry to update employee records.
- Deliver desk-side coaching on the learning management and any other learning systems to our internal clients.
