This role is initially a Fixed Term Contract until December 2020, with the possibility of it becoming permanent..

Key Duties and Responsibilities Include;

  • Answering calls promptly and professionally at all times
  • Responding to email queries
  • Receiving and processing orders
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Building good customer relationships
  • Processing credit notes
  • Liaising with other departments

Our client are seeking a well organised, self-motivated and hardworking individual. Previous experience as a Customer Manager is essential to be considered for this role.
