Job Description

• Preparation of group consolidated statutory accounts in compliance with IFRS
• Liaison with the Group's external auditors
• Coordinating with regional offices around the world to ensure timely reporting with Group deadlines
• Responsible for accounting treatments for acquisitions & disposals including fair value analysis
• Supervision of 2 assistant accountants
• Preparation of group consolidated management accounts
• Consolidated forecasting as required
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Global Accounting Network are currently retained by a diverse, global business to recruit a Group Accountant in their London HQ. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, the successful candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of group accounting, including consolidated management accountants, liaising with the Group's auditors & the supervision of a small but experienced team.
