Job Description
- Schedule and book meeting rooms
- Monitor meeting rooms, clear and layout
- Ensure all relevant equipment and COVID protocols are in place
- Main point of contact for people taking exams - directing invigilators
- Any necessary refreshments and catering
- General tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing
- Document control
- Travel and meeting arrangements
- General typing of reports and documents
- Ability to use MS Office
- Database management
