Job Description
We are creating this opportunity to provide paramount support with administration, processes and product information. Acting as a key contact you will become a subject matter expert for all relevant enquiries playing a key role in our continued customer service excellence
- Be fully trained on the client systems, and continuously deepen your knowledge of individual policies/products
- Carrying out a small number of outbound calls but mainly supporting Customer Service Representatives with process and product information
- Be confident in providing support as required to ensure team SLA's are achieved, dealing with technical referrals and complying to relevant legislations.
- Have a breadth of knowledge around the systems and processes, hitting productivity targets and successfully developing in your career.
