Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Sales Administration
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Customers services providing first line of support on customer queries
  • Credit control
  • Reconciliation and cash allocation
  • Sales Invoice Generation
  • Keeping sales ledger accurate and up to data
  • Chasing outstanding payments via telephone and e-mail

Key Requirements:

  • A good knowledge and understanding of the Credit Control process
  • Ability to interact with employees and clients in a professional manner
  • Drive and Enthusiasm
  • Strong Ability to work as a team
  • Good telephone manner
  • Experience using Sage 200 and excel beneficial
