  • Supporting Stockbrokers with day to day admin tasks to ensure they can maintain client relationships
  • Meeting preparation including production of new client paperwork, valuations, and performance summaries
  • Assisting with the client onboarding process
  • Monitoring of new account opening
  • Preparation of weekly reports
  • Handling telephone enquiries from third parties and clients regarding their portfolios and accounts
  • Organizing production, checking and dispatch of valuations and client tax packs
  • Liaising with operational departments
  • Production of existing account valuations
  • Undertaking the administration involved in annual performance reviews
  • Dealing with compliance related matters such as collation of anti-money laundering documentation, checking client documentation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be an experienced Administrator who has worked in a Professional Services environment and ideally Financial Services. Outstanding attention to detail is required and you will be Intermediate level on Microsoft Office.
