Job Description
  • To assist in providing analysis of data and compile reports on activity, findings and trends.
  • To assist in providing input into tenders and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs).
  • To assist in supporting the team to deliver best practice and compliance to all Company policies, Statutory requirements and accreditations.
  • To help with office administration where necessary
  • Receive and action all calls in a prompt and professional manner
  • Facilitating any reprographics requirements
  • To actively contribute to the wider team.
  • Support to the wider team
  • Support internal teams for Health & Safety training co-ordination
  • To manage and control the registration of staff and sub-contractors.
  • To maintain Health & Safety records for staff and sub-contractors.
  • To maintain the team Diary weekly.
  • To maintain the training passport matrix for all PAYE, Agency, Freelance and Subcontractors. To ensure that all site personnel are appropriately qualified, and all accreditations are up to date.
  • To support the team to deliver best practice and compliance
  • To put together the monthly Board report
  • To put together the Group monthly Board report
  • To put together client specific monthly Board reports
  • To maintain Covid 19 trackers
  • To review and authorise monthly training spend
  • To provide environmental training reports to the Sustainability team
  • To process any invoices
  • Organise meeting rooms for external use
  • Support team to deliver best practice and compliance to all Company policies, Statutory requirements, and accreditations.
  • Manage and update technical library ensuring that information current and accessible.
  • Ensure that all staff receive inductions and training and support to enable them to perform their work safely
  • Provide accident report information for claims collation
  • Update and manage the CRM system
  • Support with the set up and ongoing administration of AIRSWeb / ECO Online
