Job Description

To provide effective and focused support to partners, managers and departments you need to be enthusiastic and motivated to join our small team on a full-time basis (job share may be considered for the right applicants to cover 37 hours a week). You will need to be well organized and possess excellent communication skills, with a common sense approach to problem solving. You will need initiative and good judgment. The ability to re-priorities your workload to meet deadlines in a reactive environment is a must, as is attention to detail and accuracy as you will be processing legal documents.

  • Producing a range of documents including letters, schedules and invoicing
  • Scanning and electronically filing documents
  • Controlling client records
  • Controlling contractors on site
  • Updating management data
  • Providing support to team members and for project work
  • General office administrative tasks
  • Supporting sales, promotional and marketing activities
