Administrative experience and strong customer service skills.
Experience in using databases and an excellent telephone manner.
You will be proactive and work with others to resolve queries and provide excellent customer service.
You will enjoy being a support to the certification teams and ideally be interested in a career within organic certification; experience in this area is desirable but not essential.
You will be able to organize and priorities your daily tasks, enjoy working as part of a team, assist colleagues, and share ideas.
You will be interested in learning about organic certification across all schemes and the work of the Association.
