Job Description
We are looking for someone with a background in support work or management who has strong admin and writing skills. The role has come about as the manager in this service needs more support with the admin element of the post including putting an action plan in place.
- Managing administration medication, including writing hospital passports and “My medication” documents
- Writing care plans
- Reconciling finances
- Putting an action plan into place and carrying out enforcement actions
- Working with internal quality team to improve quality and implement actions
- Carrying out full medication audits
- Any other administration and auditing tasks as required
Hours: Mon – Fri, 37.5 per week
