Be fully trained on the company values and client systems, and continuously deepen your knowledge of individual policies/products
Carrying out a small number of outbound calls but mainly supporting Customer Service Representatives with process and product information
Be confident in providing support as required to ensure team SLA's are achieved, dealing with technical referrals and complying to relevant legislations.
Have a breadth of knowledge around the systems and processes, hitting productivity targets and successfully developing in your career.
