Job Description
  • Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company by managing all resources within the department
  • Develop dashboards, metrics and reports that provide analysis and insight to enable better financial planning and decision marking
  • Preparation of monthly and yearly company accounts.
  • Submission of all Revenue returns including VAT, PAYE, INTRASTAT returns,
  • Preparation of bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations.
  • Ensure correct financial controls, procedures and policies are in place to maintain
  • Internal control safeguards within the accounts department.
  • Produce management reports as required for company clients.
  • Supervision of office administration team
  • Support External Audit

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Accountancy qualification ideally three or more years PQE
  • Competent in terms of own quantity and quality of work
  • Highly Computer literate. Ability to use VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP and Macros
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a wider senior management team.
  • Analytical approach to problem solving.
