Job Description

The role involves working closely with customers, suppliers and other departments in order to complete technical specifications, completing customer questionnaires and providing technical documentation as required.

  • Updating internal specifications and quality documents
  • Conduct internal BRC audits
  • Support QA Manager as required
  • Assist the Technical Services Team Leader and provide support as required
  • Responsible for the completion of customer questionnaires and for the provision of technical documentation
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers to facilitate a rapid exchange of information
  • Using SAP ensure all data required for product specifications is completed to produce Technical specifications
  • Preparation of Certificates of Composition required for export
  • Liaise with external organizations where advice / assistance is required in order to respond to customer queries
  • Carry out internal audits

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ideally have worked in a Food / Drink manufacturing environment although this is not essential
  • Excellent Organization Skills
  • This role may also suit a food graduate, graduate administrator looking for a career start in the food industry
