Job Description
The role involves working closely with customers, suppliers and other departments in order to complete technical specifications, completing customer questionnaires and providing technical documentation as required.
- Updating internal specifications and quality documents
- Conduct internal BRC audits
- Support QA Manager as required
- Assist the Technical Services Team Leader and provide support as required
- Responsible for the completion of customer questionnaires and for the provision of technical documentation
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to facilitate a rapid exchange of information
- Using SAP ensure all data required for product specifications is completed to produce Technical specifications
- Preparation of Certificates of Composition required for export
- Liaise with external organizations where advice / assistance is required in order to respond to customer queries
- Carry out internal audits
