Job Description
Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company by managing all resources within the department
Develop dashboards, metrics and reports that provide analysis and insight to enable better financial planning and decision marking
Preparation of monthly and yearly company accounts.
Submission of all Revenue returns including VAT, PAYE, INTRASTAT returns,
Preparation of bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations.
Ensure correct financial controls, procedures and policies are in place to maintain
Internal control safeguards within the accounts department.
Produce management reports as required for company clients.
Supervision of office administration team
Support External Audit
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Accountancy qualification ideally three or more years PQE
Competent in terms of own quantity and quality of work
Highly Computer literate. Ability to use VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP and Macros
Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a wider senior management team.
