Job Description
  • Day-to-day management and resolution of user and hardware and software issues
  • Management of the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring tickets are responded to and assigned to the relevant team member
  • Build and distribution of new IT equipment
  • Assisting the Support team on new infrastructure projects
  • Assisting in the management and maintenance of the telephone provision to the client.
