Job Description
- Placing Purchase Orders
- Liaising with suppliers
- Keeping in contact to manage project progress through calls and e-mails with a network of Distributors and end-users.
- Update and monitor the company CRM system by; Opening new Projects, assigning, updating and processing tasks, monitoring the progress of projects, updating the status and check shipping schedules to ensure timely achievement of projects.
- Record keeping of parts movement in the Assembly facility
- Arrange all aspects of shipments.
- Support the Service department
