Job Description
  • Placing Purchase Orders
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Keeping in contact to manage project progress through calls and e-mails with a network of Distributors and end-users.
  • Update and monitor the company CRM system by; Opening new Projects, assigning, updating and processing tasks, monitoring the progress of projects, updating the status and check shipping schedules to ensure timely achievement of projects.
  • Record keeping of parts movement in the Assembly facility
  • Arrange all aspects of shipments.
  • Support the Service department
