Our client is a fast paced technology provider with an exciting high profile customer portfolio. They are now seeking Financial Controller to join the business on an initial 6 month temporary contract. The business is growing both in the UK and internationally and they need a real hands-on experienced qualified accountant to take control of the accounting compliance and reporting and bring robust financial leadership to the Finance function. Reporting to the Finance Director this is a pivotal high profile role and must ensure sound financial management, compliance and reporting across the business. Key responsibilities will include:-

• Manage the accounting, reporting, audit, tax, treasury and compliance processes.
• Own the robust controls and process environment and financial systems
• ensuring the management of year-end processes and liaise with Auditors, lawyers and tax advisers.

This is a very broad role with lots of opportunity to get involved with all aspects of the business. You must be a people person, as well as a technically up to date qualified accountant, with good academics, This is a high profile role and you will require excellent communications skills, and the ability to operate at every level. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
