Job Description

You will report directly to the Financial Controller and play a key role in the ongoing development of the finance operations team. You will be someone who is driven by improvement, embraces flexibility and grows with the company. This is an end-to-end role where the hire will have visibility across the entire group, and be integral to decision making.

• Own and manage the monthly close process across the entire group.
• Drive continuous improvement across the finance function.
• Lead the day-to-day operations across external reporting, corporate structuring, audit compliance and tax.
• Provide analysis and decision support across the organization, enabling a data-driven decision-making culture.
• Work closely with Procurement and FP&A in driving our cost control program.
• Lead and manage finance staff, creating a learning and supportive environment.
• Act as lead for the annual group audit, and the individual entities statutory returns.
