Job Description

You will need to deliver clear and accurate information as well as continually maintaining a professional relationship with all customers, and the supply chain partners. You will provide excellent customer service and be mindful at all times that you maintain our quality and health and safety values.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing administrative support to a wide variety of vehicle focused activities including scheduling, maintenance and incident management if required.
  • Provide administrative support to other teams.
  • Liaising with both suppliers and customers where needed both verbally and by e-mail.
  • Ensuring that processes are maintained in line with our corporate governance policies, processes and procedures including those relating to Health and Safety, Quality and the Environment.
  • Processing daily reports received from suppliers with accurate data and within KPI requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Educated to GCSE level
  • Competent on MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Experience of fleet management
  • Knowledge of the Transport Industry
