Job Description

• Ownership of management accounting function, reporting on 6 entities
• Production of monthly board pack
• Ability to advise on improvements to board pack and streamline reporting
• Produce group cashflow forecast each quarter
• Updating of budgets on monthly basis to ensure accurate forecasts for YE result
• Responsibility for production of annual budgets and forecasts for each entity & group consolidated budget as part of the annual business planning process
• Review and update management account process unsure adequate system & templates in place
• First point of contact with Group auditors
• Will need to take ownership of audit process with production of full & complete audit files/financial statements for all group entities
• Identifying opportunities for cost saving
• Cover for FD when necessary

This is a newly created position within a rapid growth, international communications consultancy based in the city. This is a key position tasked with providing strong leadership to the finance team as well as improving and maintaining processes and controls.
