Job Description

You will thrive on delivering exceptional customer service, where you meet and greet our customers and make them feel at ease and comfortable.

  • Manage administrative tasks accurately and efficiently and support your team during busy times.
  • Assist with any customers queries face to face, on the telephone or email.
  • Complete housekeeping duties for the reception area.
  • Liaise closely with clinical colleagues to ensure that client reports and correspondence are issued within the required timeframes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Exceptional customer service, communication and administration skills.
  • Have experience working in a front facing and/or administrative role.
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Collaborates in a team environment.
  • Organized, flexible and proactive.
