Job Description
You will thrive on delivering exceptional customer service, where you meet and greet our customers and make them feel at ease and comfortable.
- Manage administrative tasks accurately and efficiently and support your team during busy times.
- Assist with any customers queries face to face, on the telephone or email.
- Complete housekeeping duties for the reception area.
- Liaise closely with clinical colleagues to ensure that client reports and correspondence are issued within the required timeframes.
