Your new role
In your new role, you will report into the Financial Controller and be responsible for the Payroll and Financial administration of the UK business. Your role will involve the collation of timesheets for 150+ weekly and salaried employees, preparing the hours and data for final payroll processing whilst maintaining starters, leavers and absence records. You will be involved in payroll reporting, identifying absences or missed clock cards and wages analysis. Aside from this, you will be involved in statement reconciliations, dealing with invoice queries and processing of credit card transactions. This role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with an early Friday finish.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you will have experience working in a Finance Administration role and preferably have experience in the collation of payroll data. You will have a good working knowledge of Excel and be comfortable picking up new systems.
