Job Description
You will work collaboratively, professionally and effectively within all areas of the organization as appropriate. The role will support the Deputy Head with any administration task including the administration of the company to assist with the smooth running of the school
- Send notifications, arrange and attend relevant pupil administration meetings, take minutes and write updates
- Complete PEPs and EHCP paperwork alongside teaching staff
- Work closely with SLT and the SENCo, ensuring records and data are up to date, compliant and in a presentable format
- Keep all data, systems and trackers up to date including PEP, CLA and EHCP
- Provide data for inspections and ensure files are up to date with accurate and presentable information
- Managing premium funds including liaison with Local authorities and teachers regarding resources , updating premium spreadsheet with new resources purchased, updating learning outcomes and regular learning updates linked to the resources from teachers
- Monitor the attendance, liaise with local authorities to update them on a daily basis and report into monthly KPI’s adhering to each Local authority’s deadline
