You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative service to the team to ensure an effective and efficient service. You will be required to provide a high-quality service to all internal and external stakeholders, including meeting and greeting, being the first point of contact for telephone calls You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and phone calls, dealing with queries effectively and confidentially. You will be in your comfort zone supporting the team and managers with minuting, projects and research when required. You will be joining a supportive and caring team who put a relentless focus on the outcomes of the children and young people in our care.
