Duties will include:
* Managing your own ledger of clients ensuring targets, are met as well as assisting the team in their targets
* Complex customer account reconciliations and customer queries
* You will need strong communication skills and be a strong negotiator
* Ideally you will have Strong IT skills including intermediate Excel
* Our client would prefer a candidate ICM qualified or working towards ICM qualification
Due to the nature of the role you will need to be resilient and have a can do attitude and ideally will have done credit control previously.
The role will be based at their Wakefield site. Initially there will be no flexibility on home working although there may be flexibility on this down the line. Covid19 regulations are enforced throughout the site.
